Frank specializes in land site acquisitions for development and dispositions for corporations and individuals worldwide. He has conducted business in and traveled to over 40 countries around the world. Frank manages a portfolio in excess of $80M statewide and has closed over $500M in transactions. Frank holds an undergraduate degree in international business from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University in College Station.
