Eric has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals of homeownership. He brings 11 years of experience in real estate transactions, customer service, and market knowledge. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2010, he knew he was going to be in the real estate industry. Having owned an investment property while he was in college, he then proceeded to buy and sell real estate the day he graduated.
He provides quality service to his clients with his tireless work ethic and ability to communicate effectively. 90% of his business is developed mainly on his client’s referrals and service after the sale.
