As a Farm and Ranch specialist, I am effective and tenacious at overcoming issues common to Farm & Ranch property transactions. I treat every client, whether they’re a 1st time home buyer, or a savvy ranch property investor, with the same dedication, expertise and integrity. Shelly was the best agent my husband and I ever
worked with. We have moved all over the United States and purchased and sold homes. Shelly was
prepared every time we worked together. If we had a question, she was not sure of, she would
call in an expert on the subject. We moved to Texas from out of state so we had questions on
mineral rights Shelly had a great deal of knowledge herself on the subject but quickly
hooked us up with a lawyer who went into further detail. Finally, Shelly was also willing to give
personal information on where to shop and various services in the Brenham area. Thank you

Prior to Shelly Mashak, I had listed my property to three (3) other Realtors. I
received a card in the mail from her Company. I called Shelly, we set an
appointment she called and confirmed and was on time. I listed with her company and
it was no time before I got more showing than all 3 of the other Realtors. A
short time I got had buyer and was I happy. This buyer was a very difficult person. He tried
to go around his Realtor and Shelly informed him he would have to go through Realtor. I am a
widow at the age of
74. Shelly and my son could see what the buyer was doing to my nerves. Shelly worked
with my son and I. The property closed March 24, 2014. Shelly helped me clear my furniture out
of my home. Shelly is a very good Christian. My son and I have adopted her family into our
family. I will refer her to anyone looking for a realtor. She runs her office like
