Tiffany Holmes: 4th generation Texan and proud to call Washington County home.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, I never wanted to live in a city larger than Bryan/College Station. I grew up Southwest of Houston and when I discovered all of the positives that came with small town life, I fell in love. While working in Tennessee, I lived in the cutest little town where all the local events were centered around their courthouse square. My family bought property in Washington County in 2006 and when I would visit Texas, we always spent our time together here, where so many special memories have been made. I moved to Washington County in 2010 and that is when I became interested in the real estate industry. I spent two years in financial services before jumping into the title industry. I worked as a contract coordinator, escrow assistant and finally as an escrow officer. In all, I spent five years learning the process and what all goes on behind the scenes once a contract is escrowed. ;) I completed my classes and earned my real estate license in May of 2022.
I care about our community, and I want to help people reach their goals, big and small. Educating others and being a resource when they have questions is my goal. I am a people person and genuinely love helping others. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and strive to continually grow, develop and build skills to better empower my clients.
God, Family, Country is the Marine Corps motto and sums up my priorities as well. Thankful for all of those that have served and are serving now to provide and protect our FREEDOM. God bless Texas!
