Duck Hunters Facility in Colorado County.....This facility use to be a Sporting Clays facility and in 2012 was converted to a Duck Hunting facility. This facility has it all, a barnodomium with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths with small kitichen with washer/dryer and much more. Has leanto with concrete slab and garage attached to the barno. It takes about 5-7 days to fill all the sloughs to prepare these small ponds for duck hunting. The water is channeled to all sloughs thru a ditch from the solar well & continues to flows to another pond and then channeled to another pond in the back. All water is channeled thru flood gates and elaevation levels for the water to flow without any problems. This property has enough water to keep the ducks coming in during the season. Has plenty of rice farming in the area to bring all types of ducks to the area. Property is surrounded by rice farmers and rice fields. This property has enough water to fill all the ponds and sloughs.

Has enough brush, post oaks and live oaks along the seasonal creek to provide deer habitat and the hunting for deer is good. Has several feeders that will be conveyed with the sale of the property.
