As a native of Iola and the Brazos Valley, Katie has extensive knowledge of the areas surrounding Bryan-College Station, particularly Brazos County and Grimes County. Her experiences in residential and rural real estate transactions over the past decade have made her one of the area's leading property specialists, consistently earning a place as a top producing Realtor in the Brazos Valley rankings.
Some of the highlights of Katie’s career was earning the Lifetime Achievement Award for RE/MAX of Texas in 2024, Chairman’s Club Award for RE/MAX of Texas in 2021 and the Hall of Fame Award for RE/MAX of Texas in 2019. She has also earned the Platinum Club Award for RE/MAX of Texas from 2015-2020 and again in 2022. She has earned a spot in the Top 500 for RE/MAX of Texas from 2015-2022.
Katie has a passion for giving back to the community in which she lives, and she puts her ample knowledge to work to serve others. She is a Texas Realtor Leadership Program graduate of 2016 and she has served for over 6 years on the Bryan / College Station Association of Realtors MLS Board of Directors. She was selected to serve for 5 years on the Grimes County Appraisal Review Board. She currently spends her spare time serving as Vice President for Voices for Children Brazos Valley, volunteering for Make-A-Wish Foundation, elected as the Secretary/Treasurer for the BCS Regional Association of Realtors MLS Board, and elected as Vice President of the Grimes County Health Resource Commission, and Secretary of the Iola Cemetery Association. She is very active in her church, volunteering as the Children’s Church Director and has served several years as an advisory member of her church business committee. Katie is an active participant in Iola ISD District and Campus Improvement Committees. She enjoys politics and serves on the BCS Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs committee. She was chosen as one of the Texas Realtor Legislative contact liaisons for State Rep. Ben Lehman during his term.
Katie resides in Iola with her husband Michael and her daughter Zoe. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, reading and listening to podcasts, cooking, and trying new restaurants!
