Residents of Grapeland Texas, Beverly & Troy wanted to offer their community and surrounding areas something more. So, after 3 years of planning, Lone Star Realtors was established in August of 2021. Broker Owner, Beverly Filer, first received her license in 1999 and was a lifelong resident of Waller County, until moving to Grapeland in 2019, to marry her now husband, Troy Filer. Troy received his real estate license in 2021 and equally shares Beverly’s drive and passion for the Real Estate industry. The Lone Star Realtor’s Team of experts, is eager to share their skills and knowledge, of the current real estate market, with those buyer and sellers, who want a higher standard of excellence.
