Joe has great memories of spending time with his family on their farm in Schulenburg. Jonna grew up spending quality time at her family’s country getaway in Leon county. Their love of country life continued as they shared this with their children growing up and spending lots of time at their hunting ranch. This love of the country life is what brought them to their current 100+ year-old farm home on 96 acres outside of Bellville.
His hands-on experience with 1031 tax differed exchanges, investment properties, remodeling properties, living on their ranch, and managing their own residential and commercial rental properties provide a wealth of knowledge to their clients. This knowledge and experience are key in helping his clients find their next home or investment property.
Joe has been married for more than 30 years and has raised three beautiful daughters. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, working with their cattle, or just sitting around the campfire enjoying the peace and quiet of country living.
