Roger Ross
COLDWELL BANKER PROP.UNL.-Brenham
My family and I moved back to Brenham after a career in Austin as an Administrator for the Texas
School for the Deaf. My wife and I were blessed with a wonderful daughter, Sydney age 11, who
attends Brenham Middle School. Moving back home to Brenham has been a very positive experience for
our entire family, and we are very thankful to be able to rejoin the Brenham Community.
My career as an administrator taught me several life lessons that have shaped my life personally and
professionally. They are the foundation on which I have built my success. These pillars of character are:
Integrity, Honesty, Leadership, Fairness, and Respect
These are the qualities I developed through years of experience working with families and their children,
which also serve me in providing you with the best possible attention to your needs. When looking for
someone to represent you in a real estate transaction, these are qualities most important for your
representative to possess.
Integrity is the most important characteristic a person can possess, and I pride integrity above all else.
To say what you mean and to mean what you say is the essence of any business deal. My word is my
bond!
Honesty is the key component to trust. I believe in putting the person above the deal. My clients receive
the whole truth as I know it. The deal is secondary to the honesty between my clients and me.
I am a proven leader and work hard to thoroughly research properties for my buyers, and I give my
sellers the best marketable value when they are selling their property. My goal is to get my clients the
best price, in the least amount of time, with the least inconvenience.
I believe that it is most important to treat each of my clients fairly, and I live by the Golden Rule in my
personal life as well as my business life. I treat everyone with fairness and consideration.
Finally, respect is an earned characteristic. I work diligently to earn the respect of clients and co-workers
on both sides of a real estate transaction.
To afford you a little insight into me personally, I am an avid runner and enjoy reading. We raise two
small herds of cattle on our ranch outside of Brenham. We are members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church,
of which I am the head of our Welcoming Team, our Healing Team, and I serve as an usher and am
involved in fund raising activities for the church. I am also a member of the Brenham Rotary Club and
Chamber of Commerce, and a House Manager at our community theater. I coach my daughter’s soccer
team and tutor elementary students in reading once a week. My priorities in life are God, Family, and
Career.
I am here to serve and support you in your real estate needs. My goal is to provide great service by
developing a plan to make your real estate experience as seamless as possible.
