I became a real estate agent in 2000 and in 2006 received my Certified Residential Appraiser certification, which I put all my focus on until recently joining the sales force again. Although I have not been marketing in sales these last years, I have a wealth of property and market knowledge through my appraisal certification and experience, know how to manage multiple assignments for various clients, meet deadlines, and maintain constant communication, all of which instill a strong work ethic.
