Steven J. Bilicek, ALC, MAI
Steven J. Bilicek has been engaged in real estate brokerage and consultation since 1988. In 1992 he formed The Bilicek Company and in 2006 he formed TexasAgRealty. Mr. Bilicek is an Accredited Land Consultant with the ALC designations and he has a Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate Estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and an Associate Degree in Agriculture. Since 1992 he has specialized in the marketing and analysis of rural and agricultural properties. Mr. Bilicek has represented buyers, sellers, or assisted property owners with hundreds of farms, ranches, and agricultural properties throughout Texas. Mr. Bilicek’s market area is that region of Texas that extends from East Texas to Del Rio, as well as from Waco to Laredo.
Mr. Bilicek is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and he is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. He is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute and the Houston Association of Realtors. Areas of expertise include marketing farms, ranches, hunting properties, rural land, & specialty agricultural properties. He represents both buyers & sellers, and is also an expert in property location for buyers throughout Texas
