Cynthia was born in Colorado, Attended Arizona State University, studied Contract Law and Wills with the intention of becoming a Contract Law Attorney. Her family owned a residential development company, where they developed housing communities in Colorado, Arizona and Texas. During the summer months she would work for the family business as a design tech for the model homes and the home plans for the various communities. She became a Licensed Realtor in 1982 and a Broker in 1983 in the State of Colorado. She moved to Katy, Texas in 1995 with Pat, her husband and started learning Real Estate in Texas and gaining her Agents License in 1995. In 1997 her uncle passed who founded the Family Development Company and she formed CM Realty to help her Aunt, list and negotiate the sale of the portfolio of land holdings and homes that had been completed or were in the process of completion. She also assisted her Aunt in the selling of seven (7) personal residences from the $800’s to 3 million’s. She sold CM Realty in 1980, and proceeded to work for residential Builders in the City of Houston until 2005. From 2005 until 2015 she was semi retired and helped her husband run his Consulting Firm as a self employed Drilling Fluids Professional in the Oil Field overseas. Work Visa’s, bookkeeping, insurance, Supplies, etc. In 2015 they purchased a property in Winedale, located in the Round Top area and Cynthia activated her Real Estate License again and has been marketing and selling Real Estate in the Burton, Carmine, Round Top, Brenham, Chappell Hill, Bellville and basically the State of Texas ever Since.
With these beginnings, my business model is Customer Service first and foremost.
